Matt Schmidt: Production Manager/ Cabinetmaker |

Matt started at MCS in July 1998, as an unskilled cabinetmaker. He now takes jobs from start to finish. He has worked his way up to becoming a project manager, in charge of scheduling and shop production. Most of his time is spent in the shop, building cabinets, but he also helps in the office by quoting jobs.

Christopher Kloehn: Cabinetmaker |
| Chris is our newest employee. He began work on Nov. 9, 2007. He came to us from Closet Concepts, where he was a cabinetmaker for over 10 years. At Closet Concepts, he was in charge of managing the shop and scheduling installs. Chris focused on building countertops and installing projects. He is looking forward to learning the aspects of making custom cabinets for commercial projects. |

Larry Kapke: Cabinetmaker |
| Larry started working here in May 2007. He completed his apprenticeship in 1980, and became a journeyman machinist. He worked in the machining field for 22 years. In the last few years, he decided to enter the field of cabinetmaking. Before coming to MCS Woodworking, he worked at a small cabinet shop that focused mainly on furniture. He now is on our team as a cabinetmaker. |

Rachael Ornelas: Finance Manager |
|
Rachael began working at MCS in January of 2006. She graduated from UWM this past May with a bachelor's degree in Finance. In the office, Rachael works on Quickbooks to prepare quotes, work orders and invoices. She also is in charge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and preparing financial reports at the end of the month.

Mike Schmidt: Owner |
|
Mike has been in the trade since 1976. He completed his 4 year apprenticeship and became a journeyman cabinetmaker. After 19 years of working on the bench, he decided to start his own business, in August 1995. Mike spends a majority of his time quoting new projects and managing work in progress.
